Great upgrade! Completely plug and play once I got it registered with my Internet service. I was up and running and my Internet went from an average of 170 mbps to an average of between 500 and 600 mbps! I’m sorry that I waited so long to upgrade. This was the right decision for me.

COX approved modem! replaced outdated old rental and am experiencing an increase in speed. Install was almost plug and play, customer support was easy to get a hold of and small issue with getting wireless modem and switch to get online. No issues a month in and happy with purchase!

I purchased this for 1GBPS Internet - No issues - No reboots - It's always fast and flawless - Using WOW! cable in Columbus, OH. Perfect option if you don't want to pay them $10 monthly to rent a modem. I'd recommend this one as it's future-proofed.

Been using this product for about a month now and it seems to be working. Few times the network was not working and not sure if it was the SP but for the price it's good. This is a modem only, had to get the wifi router. I had this an old Arris 3.0 this one is 3.1. setup was easy, plug and go.

If you are debating on not spending the extra ten bucks on the netgear modem, think twice and just get the arris model. I had to return my netgear modem after it didn't work. I even asked a best buy representative and they said they have never seen an arris come back but have seen several netgear models be returned.

Very fast modem - easy setup. Even if you don’t need the speed of this unit today, consider “future-proofing” your purchase. I had to buy a new modem because Xfinity no longer supported the mid-grade model I bought 3 years ago. Technology moves quickly.

I have had to restart the modem already a few times and it's only been installed a month or so, but when it's working it seems okay.

So far works good. Install went well but did take some time (10 -15 minutes). Do not expect it to be instant

This works perfectly. Right out of the box. I have been leasing modems for years, then after our move and saw how much I was spending on just the modem, I decided to give it a try owning one. Went to Best Buy, told David, the associate, what I needed, and to my surprise, it wasn't the most expensive one. He told me all about it, I trusted him and I am glad I did. It set up easily. I highly recommend this product.

Installed March 13 and it works just as good as Spectrum's.

Bought this modem to replace the standard modem Comcast gives you. From a computer gaming perspective there is definitely a difference in performance. Decreases laggy moments that Comcast internet is well known for.

I hooked up the modem to a wireless gaming router capable up using the 10 gig rating. Needless to say my son was extremely happy. He is no longer having having a lag problem using his xbox.

Purchased this item to lower the cost of internet service by replacing the modem I had been renting monthly from my internet provider. I chose Arris because that was the brand they used. Installation was simple, and I just had to give them the IP address of the device, and they activated service

Although quite pricey for what I need, I like the ability to scale up my ISP service. I had Arris modems in the past and they performed well. This modem has performed well over the past few months and has been really easy to tie into my ISP.

Fastest Modem I have had. Swapping to this made the best use of my Xfinity internet. Actually allowing me to reach the top speeds with my highest package. There are definitely better modems but for this price and how insanely well it performs its perfect

worked well with my cox cable internet service and nighthawk router. In order to use with cox I had to call customer service and have them add it verses self activation. So much more reliable than my docs is 3.0
