Broken out of the box.

Then proceed to not work out of the box. Was on the phone with my ISP for over 3 hours and no solution. Then proceed to call ARIS and they told me I didn’t know my personal network and it was my fault. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

However, it very well could be the cable provider tampering with the signal quality as they wanted me to rent a modem from them. Cable/telecommunication companies have been known to do that even with VPN's.
