Haven't really had a chance to use it very much yet.

Bought to replace the Cox provided modem. Synced up well with no problems.

Purchased us in November 2018. It worked great up until September 2020! It stopped working intermittently. I think this particular one was just defective in someway I’ve had this brand miney a time my friends all have it never had any issues.

I upgraded from my 6 hear old surfboard because this modal is twice as fast with the same look an ease of use. With DOCSIS 3.1 I am ready for the future.

Purchased to replace an old one. Works ok but not impressed. Ended up having to buy another one several months later when this one stopped working. Would not purchase again.

Probably the best docsis 3.1 modem out there. simple, stable, effective

Plugged in, up and running quickly. 2 LAN outputs. Has USB but later found out that the device does not support PNP external hard drives, a serious oversight that I hope they will correct.

Got this modem to replace our SB6182 DOCSIS 3.0 as we upgraded to gigabit service. It did not disappoint!

I upgraded my cable internet and needed a new modem. I know I could rent one from the cable company, but I give them enough money. Works pretty good.

The actual product is fine. In fact I had blazing fast speeds for about a week with it. After that week however I noticed I was getting dropped connections between 5-20min. Both the router and modem were brand new and Xfinity tried to blame it on the router being outdated. Not sure how the newest Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E router is "outdated" and "Needed to be replaced with a newer version." After many resets and messing with the router i determined that router was not the cause as I stayed connected to wi-fi albeit with zero Internet connection. After much research online I found that other people have similar issues with the boot file pushed by Xfinity (which they will refute to the end of time because Xfinity does no wrong). Overall I have no complaints with the product itself but your purchase should definitely be swayed by what internet service provider you utilize.

Like a lot of other reviews say about this product, after about 30 min to an hour you lose a lot of your connection speed. I have a gigabit line and will get a bit more after a modem reset ( about 1.1) but after 30 min that drops to .523. Then reset is it goes bat to normal.

Will not work with optimum, or at least with me. My friend has this on optimum and works. I tried it and it doesn’t. Had to return.

So far, so good. Nice and fast. I just hope it lasts. All the Arris modems I've had have lasted from 2 to 4 years.

I like that it had more weight to it and 2 ethernet ports.

Seems to be doing a nice job so far. Good looking and compact.

Updated to this Modem to get the most out of my internet speed

I bought this because it had 2 Ethernet ports and was hoping I could use it to slit my network into 2 sections, but you need to have a different IP for each port. Still kept it, works great other wise.

Lasted 6 months or so then completely died on me. I have fairly good luck with arris modems but this when it worked worked great but short lived
