WAY better than the in house option cable co was to provide.

Bought this on the recommendation of the salesman at Best Buy. Does it's job but, with only two ethernet ports on the back, had to get creative installing it.

It's not a step up from the DOCSIS 3.0. Not sure what to blame here, either Cox or this product. Overall, I had to buy a different modem again.

Bought to increase internet speed which it appears to do just fine. However, it loses its connection several times a day and one of the wired ports appears to have failed.

This item is working fine. Everything is good with it.

worked well ! used for my apt worked well for the space.

Works as stated and now I am getting my full internet.

Doesn't work with my cable network................

I bought this high end modem because it had the "works with Spectrum internet" sticker on the box. Well, it didn't work with Spectrum; internet was choppy not consistent. I had to return it. I'm sure it'a great modem otherwise.

This was for our Xfinity service and it works well.

I purchased this item as an upgrade from my previous one it was recommended by the geek squad tech however I really don’t see a big difference so I’m not sure about this one

Not compatible with Suddenlink unless you pay extra to have two separate static IP Addresses, IE Business Rate at your house which is cost prohibited.

Tried this modem as a replacement for our 2015 modem but it didn’t work as well as we wanted it to. We decided to return. We purchased the ARRIS - SURFboard S33 instead.

Extremely disappointed. Was told by associate that Arris is a very good brand and has a good product Within about 3 months of purchase it began to show signs of overheating. I had a PS4 Pro hardwired to it and would get LAN cable not connected error messages about every 1.5-2 hours mostly when gaming but as it deteriorated also while streaming video. After about 6 months as the overheating go worse mobile devices could not connect to multiple servers. Contacted customer service through their webpage and they had me run some tests. the unit showed within parameters. And while I was checking cabling the customer service rep disconnected the chat. After reading more reviews seems this is normal for ARRIS. At 9 months almost all mobile devices have horrible lag and can even disconnect from servers randomly. Checking speed test and bandwidth is throttled down to 10-40 mbps and less than 1 mbps up. Also checked reviews and this was another common issue because of overheating. Finally got sick of it and bought a Netgear This modem was cool for about a month or two but deteriorated way too fast for the money. Customer service was horrible.

I chose this modem primarily because it was one of many approved by Comcast. But I am 100% satisfied with its performance.

It was ok on paper but once i brought it home didnt work with spectrum for some reason so ended up returning it

This was a good upgrade from my previous modem. More than I need currently, but I wont have to upgrade anytime soon,

I bought this to replace my older “surfboard 3.0 modem” it still seems like I’m getting the same speeds not any faster then before not noticeable.. if you have a 3.0 modem just stick with it you won’t notice a difference at all..

There is something going on with this modem which I purchased. I have to restart every two days to get internet back. Going to try for one more week and then I am going to get a replacement or choose another modem.
