Can’t access module controls on designated website

Unable to maintain the connectivity and require restart multiple tiles. Very irritating .

One of the few docsis 3.1 modems out right now. Works great with gigablast from Cox.

Absolutely horrible! Constantly disconnecting and resetting. Maybe we received a bad modem but Arris continued to say there was nothing wrong with it. Arris customer service was subpar and blamed the problems on our ISP. After multiple ISP troubleshooting visits with no issues on our end or the ISP, we returned this and purchased the Netgear CM1000 and never had another issue!

Bought it to use for hi speed internet. Their customer service cannot help figure out how to connect web services on printer to web

This modem works very well I have not had any lag spikes or any other issues .

Had to exchange for Netgear with router & modem- wasn’t what I expected

I purchase this item and one other item to help us get more places in my home connected signal, and It doesn't exactly work out too well

Don’t waste your time with this modem. After trying 2 with the same results in both, I went to NETGEAR and all was good. Of course I spent 2+ hours on calls with Arris tech support, and the end result was Arris telling me it was my service provider. My provider checked and all was good. Once I returned the SB8200 and switched to NETGEAR, amazingly my problems disappeared.

Purchased this modem, but later found out spectrum supplied almost identical model free. No hassle return

Modem is working great. Keeps me from renting one monthly from Cable Co. I also Cut the Cord after getting this Modem.

Needed modem for gigabit internet service. This does the trick well.

The modem was easy to setup. The performance is VERY good. I wish Comcast had 10% of the performance of this modem.

Worked well until it didnt. Purchased 8/22 and died 12/22. Nice eh? - Support is pathetic at best. So I took advantage of the Best Buy Trade-In and got $27 off the replacement from Netgear (CM1200). Stay away from this unreliable modem. Others have reported that it works well until it just doesn't..

It essentially crapped out last week. Kept dropping packets. Replaced it with a Netgear CM1000/DOCSIS 3.1 - seems to work well.

Bought this modem 3 months ago and today, it completely stopped working. It still connects to the internet but neither of the 2 Ethernet ports will communicate with the router. Tried multiple cables and connecting it directly to various computers. Still nothing. Very disappointing that something so pricey would stop working so soon.

Really nice modem! and is compatible with most Internet providers

Not a bad modem however I thought it had built in WiFi and it doesn’t. It also only has two Ethernet hookups.
