Great speed. Works with Comcast. Good purchase for high speed.

Easy to set up. But not usable because device cannot assign its own IP. If you’re clueless good luck. Reassigned IP multiple times and it seems to reset every time there’s a new connection.

Works good so far, bought to replace a Netgear CM1000 that died two months out of warranty. It wants you to setup with an app but it would not finish the process. Had to call COX so they could finish the setup.

I’m able surf the web much quicker thanks to my new modem!

I got this thinking it would be better at hanging out gigablast, but til now, it hasn’t worked out that great.

Bought this modem on Apr 12, 2021, spent a month and a half going around and around with Zito Media, they came out twice and switched this thing out with another modem and finally decided that this modem was defective. The moden would not break 100kbs on a 1 GB line. Called Arris to do an RMA and they would do nothing until I got Zito back out to the house for a third time and re-provision the modem so they could look at it, before they would RMA. Zito said they would not come out again to do this.

Uograded my modem. This ones works better. No issues.

Works great with Mediacom. Fast speeds, no down time.

This was a great modem.. but after a year it locked itself and the manufacturer wasnt much help... unusable garbage.

Once set up it worked exactly as it should... Great

The set up took about 2 hrs. with the provider. The unit keeps freezing up, and i have to reboot it. Thinking of returning it. Only had it for about a month or so.

Cable provided router provided almost the same speed as this router. Also, second internet port does not work well. Should have returned it.

Modem replaced old one - working great, no issues.

Returned. Not sure if it or something on Optimum end was the problem. Optimum rep said he couldn’t get same model to hook up a week earlier. The reason for the low rating is setup complexity. Loaded its recommended app, then after a while that app had me load another app. Got caught in a circular loop. After about 4 hours of trying, 2 with the onsite optimum tech, I had had enough.

Guy in the store said this was the best. Not so much. Getting Download speeds ranging from 6-350. Very inconsistent.

I just got gigabit service from Comcast. I don't know why it would only get download speed up to 700mbps. I did the troubleshooting with Comcast nothing worked. Instead I returned the arris and I got the netgear CM1000 modem and my download speed went all the way up to 940mbps.
