    Modem caused constant connection drops. Was not able to determine the modem was the cause until well after the return period ended. Had ISP come out three times to figure out why my connection was unstable. Finally tried a different modem and no problems thereafter. Trash quality. Would not recommend.

    Had to return item as it didn't work. Brought out my ISP technician. No luck. Had to go back to the old one for now.

    Two units were dead-on-arrival. I wish Cox had more options but it's either this or a Technicolor which is hard to find.

    This baby took a crap in December and was not returnable. I bought this so I would not have to pay the fee to my cable company, but they still got me! haha Better luck next time.

    I’m sure the product is good but it’s being sold in an area that is not even compatible with the only cable company available. Not spectrum compatible in the Charlotte area.

    A bestbuy associate told me this would work with my internet to replace my old one. This isn't the first time I've been through this with a highly uneducated employee. A couple of wasted trips and frustration.

    We spent well over an hour on the phone with Comcast / Xfinity trying to get this to work, we finally did and 15 minutes later it crashed. I decided to return this and stay with renting Comcast modem

    Had two of these fail on me. The first one died after less than two months; the second one after a couple of days. Had a Comcast technician come out and he said the line into the modem was fine. Bought a Netgear modem and have been happy ever since.

    Not loading to my wifi

    I tried two different modems, same brand/model and could not get either one of them to load up to my wifi, so was unable to use them. I even had a internet service tech trying to hook up the first one, and he could not get it to load either.

    Suddenly stoped working with no power within 1 month. Exchanged it for a new one at best buy and that failed too. No online or phone support. very frustrating. returned and got netgear 3.1. and that worked flawlessly. never buying Arris products again!
