Also Xfinity reported that the MAC Address was used once before. What that means that I was buying an item returned by someone else. Not good.

Had to unplug it several times to keep it working the short time we had it. It finally died and is no longer returnable. Expensive paper weight. Stay away!

Horrible speeds

I am returning it if BestBuy will let me.

Not good at all as a modem

I paid monthly fee of internet subscription without using internet due to the bad modem.
