Terrible experience at best buying (doral). Horrible costumer service.

I've had this for less than 4 months and it has stopped working. What a waste.

After installing this with Linksys nodes, my WiFi was slower than with my 5 year old network.

I upgraded from my provider's basic modem, which was an ARRIS as well. I noticed downstream I have DOCSIS 3.1 but upstream I do not. That is because of the current plan I have with my ISP. Still, the differences are notable in lag-time for my email and websites in general. Where I noticed the biggest difference is in uploading where I have a significant boost that shaves a lot of time that it takes to upload a video. Overall, while my current plan does not take full advantage of the modem itself, the modem does allow me to fully exploit the service I do have.

This puppy hauls serious butt. Upgraded from an SB6141 as I upgraded to gigabit internet and needed a DOCSIS 3.1 modem. As usual Arris modems are bulletproof. Biblical uptimes and consistent performance. My only gripe is that Arris modems (and all modems for that matter) still have a design that's straight out of 1996... but you're probably hiding it in some closet anyways so not a huge deal. Be sure to pair with an ethernet backhaul Wi-Fi network and your internet-ing will be unstoppable. In conclusion: A top of the line product and I can't recommend anything else for gigabit users. Arris wins again.
