Difficult to know what to do

I have had to purchase a new computer, router, and modem and everything is now working. Apparently all I needed to change was the modem but it took multiple technicians from multiple companies to figure this out.

Defective modem?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have 1 GIG DOCSIS 3.1 internet service but the recieve and send led's are green instead of blue. Cannot verify signal levels because I can't access the LOGIN page. Spent 2 hours with Arris support with no fix or offer to replace modem. I do have a connection with ISP but modem says it is DOCSIS 3.0 (green led's). I'll never buy another Arris product again.

Super Fast Modem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have the Arris 6190 for 1 year and it would not reach 300mbps when plugged into router, but would when plugged directly into PC. Only 1 giga port, and this Arris 8200 has 2 giga ports, now I'm getting 360 mbps from the router and the PC...;-)
