Easy to setup. Works very well in replacing Xfinity cable modem.

I has been a little over a year since I since I got this modem. It was recommended by my internet provider. I haven’t had any issues so far and the internet seems to have a reliable speed

Needed to replace my DOCSIS 3.0 modem and BestBuy had this in stock. Had an Arris Docsis 3.0 modem for a number of years when suddenly gaming became impossible and ISP speeds dropped way down. Arris customer support site was very helpful, despite being well out of warranty, and identified failed components inside old modem. Checked online reviews, and Arris was near the top of the list among stand-alone modems. (I prefer to spend a bit extra to have separate router and modem). Installed the new modem, and saw immediate improvement.

Fairly easy setup and it's working great with Sparklight. I did have to call Sparklight to activate the modem, but once I did that, it has worked flawlessly.

This works great with comcast and with my 1 gig connection speed so I had no issues setting it up, and it was quick and easy and works well with my router.

This is not our first Arris modem. We keep coming back because they do the job that we need. We upgraded to this one due to the DOCSIS 3.1 and faster speeds. It is performing as expected.

We had our old modem for quite some time, lately it has been acting up and losing our internet connection from time to time. Contacted our provider, and none of them were able to help me. They said everything’s good. So I decided to do it myself and replace our modem with this brand. Up until now I see no problem. Bought this with discount. Good quality and cheaper.
