Works great, much faster than the one it replaced!

Quick to set up, gets the job done for gigabit speed.

Its the most stable AARIS modem I have owned. And the speed is legit. A little pricey. If it was $130 or less, I would give it excellent value. But nit picking on that mostly.

My internet set up now consists of this modem and Google nest for the router. Previously was paying Comcast to rent their modem/router combo, and was constantly getting horrible speed and losing connection due to having multiple devices connected at once. In the worst spot of my house I previously had 25-50 mbps if I was lucky, after installing this with the Nest I tested speed and had 300 mpbs + in that same area. Highly recommend the switch especially if you are using the comcast set up, it will save you money in the long run and more than likely double your speed.

Easy to set up with my Internet Service Provider. The download speed was over 700+mbps. I was testing during peak hours with multiple devices connected. I'm sure I could get closer to 1 Gbps.

Very easy to set it up. Plug in the power, provide the MAC address to ISP and of course connect to your router. It works and lightning fast.

Had about a month. Haven't had any problems yet, only thing was had to call my internet provider and let them set it up to my account. Works great so far. Everything is really fast

I've got no idea what kind of technology I have at home, but my internet provider recommended this modem. One day, my old modem went down, and I had no internet. I didn't know what to do, and I know nothing about modems, so I panicked. To fix the situation, I went out and bought this model because it has the same manufacturer as my old modem.

Handles the speed. Caught on sale so good price. Cable co. wanted $10.95 a mo. to rent and the last modem i got lasted 5 years, so you do the savings math.

Nice to have 2 wan ports. Good for two different networks. I like the gigabit speed. I had good luck with this modems. I hope this one will last as long as the other on.

upgraded from the lowest entry modem so i would enjoy my faster speed from the cable company without paying the rental fee. works as advertised.

I had switched from an older model Arris to my cable company provided modem. While the speeds were good there were frequent disconnects. I get about 30 Mbps more speed consistently with this modem and much more reliable. I think it just deals with small errors better. Just one note, I had to call my cable company to register the modem. It would not work online or through voice response.

Great modem, opens up your network and future proofs you for a while (or at least till 5G is affordable and widespread). Remember your network and is only as good as the modem which basically is the entry point to your home (assuming you're not being throttled by your internet provider). After the modem make sure you have a capable router as well otherwise your just bottlenecking your speeds. Love that this also has two ports if you want to have the option to hardwire, or run a line to a separate router. Overall worth buying this vs. renting the modem from the ISP, pays for itself.
