It was time for me to upgrade to a better modem than the one I had and I am glad I did. It was easy to set up and my internet has been working great ever since at the speeds it needs to be.

Such an easy product to set up! We have noticed faster internet. Worth the money rather than renting through our local internet carrier!

Worked great as a replacement for the xfinity cable modem we were paying monthly for. It just works and was easy to setup.

This modem will last for years, covers all bandwidths and is rated at giga bit speeds. A really great substitute for cable TV subscribers and people who want throughput and near zero lag time.

Very good modem, no wifi in it, this is modem only but it really sails along on the web! I've got gigabit internet, and while your mileage will vary (several factors at play for connection speeds) I am seeing 890-930, the first test I ran actually showed 988 somehow! Great modem, no fuss, it just works.

WORKS FINE. COMPATIBLE WITH MY PROVIDER SET UP VERY EASY. I CALLED PROVIDER OF INTERNET SERVICE TO REGISTER THE UNIT. TO DATE, HAS BEEN DEPENDABLE. PRICE WAS FINE.

I purchased this modem due to a friend’s recommendation. 1st modem ever purchased. I have always leased a modem from my local cable TV service. I needed a DOCS 3.1 to take advantage of full streaming TV. Easy setup through my local cable TV service. I would have given it 5 stars except there are no options to login in a tweek the modem settings. After logging in, you can review the factory settings but cannot make any changes. The user manual was no help and only had minimal information. Overall, it does what a modem should do.

I purchased this to upgrade an older modem. Needed it so I can get 1GB download speed from Spectrum. Easy setup and works great.

Got it up and running in no time very easy. Just make sure you have the app for it already set up and you already signed up. Also it would be helpful if you had the app for your internet provider. You will need some information off of that

We'd had an ARRIS cable modem previous to this one that worked fine but we wanted to upgrade to be a little more future-proof. Super easy to setup. The most annoying part was waiting on hold with my cable provider to provision this new modem. :) We ended up returning this one only because our cable company has a proprietary modem they use that allows a land line phone connectivity through it. This modem we purchased didn't have that capability and we wouldn't have been able to use our home phone if we kept it.

This is a great modem. I had the same type that last for years. The staff there was so helpful.

I have Cox Communications for my internet and to me, this was a no brainer. I was paying $15.00 per month to rent their equipment. I bought this and it will pay for itself in about a year. It was a breeze to install and get up and running. I did have to contact Cox to give them my pertinent information (MAC Address and Serial Number) and then voila! Up and running! I did like the ease of the Cox App for Parental features. However, once I configured my Google WiFi router, it worked perfectly. I highly recommend this.

Be careful when looking into modems, if your speeds with your current Internet Service Provider do not require any significant, this modem is probably overkill - but at the very least you'll be future proofed and this modem should last you at least ~5 years and hopefully more. My download speeds are only 300 down/30 up, so I really didn't need this, but I'm considering getting a gigablast soon. Even going from the 3.0 DOCSIS Arris modem to this new one, I saw an increase of speeds of almost 100 megabytes in some of my wireless devices, so I would recommend this!

A good value modem, It was easy to set up and use, has much more download speed than my old modem, and features more options.

We have a 1GBit connection at home from Comcast and this 32 channel modem was surely an upgrade to the supplied modem from provider. We’ve had absolutely no connectivity issues since we’ve made the swap. Very satisfied!
