Purchased for second home so cable company can't RIP me off my charging a monthly fee for their modem FOREVER. This system has been stable, reliable and fast.

Needed a newer modem to upgrade to the higher tier internet speeds. Has worked great so far, easy to set up with provider.

Purchased as system update to increase speed from prior cable modem. Easy set up and use, much better than paying a monthly rental fee to Xfinity for their equipment .

Replaced my cable provider's modem with this cable modem and now I get the thru put I'm paying for. The 2nd ethernet port is not directly useable from what I experienced. Seems you have to have your internet provider provide an IP address or something for it. However, this is a good modem and I am happy with the purchase and functioning of this product.

Had this modem installed a couple of weeks ago. So far so good, the speed is great and has been reliable.

Upgraded my home network after getting rid of the XFinity Modem/Router, which i had been renting each month. It conflicted with my Sonos system, and was more expensive than it was worth. Arris modems have been reliable for me for >10 years. If you want the Modem/router combo, go up to the next level Arris. For me, this works perfectly with my Luxul router.

works very good as advertise. The installation is easy

We got one just stopped working after about 1 year. When it was workkng it was great. Speed was good and stable internet.

Up to par for the price. Seemed to work for what I needed.

Definitely better than our old zoom modem. Connected this with a Netgear mesh wifi system and couldn't be happier with the speed and connection.

Using this modem with Cox internet service. Works as it should have not had any issues since purchasing.

This is a very stable, fast modem. I haven't had any need to hard boot the device yet and it has resolved an issue I was having with my Internet previously. I had an Arris 6142 and it couldn't handle large upload spikes. I have several Nest and Arlo cameras and between their uploads and bursts of uploads on my PCs or other devices in the house, the modem would use all the bandwidth and start dropping large amounts of packets. When this would occur, sometimes the modem would lock up entirely and need a hard boot. This is an expensive modem but I know it will serve my needs for several years given its bandwidth capabilities.

So easy to install and works really well. Small Size is nice.

Works great with my Comcast provider. Provides me with the speed and performance for my internet account.

I got this and sent the ISP back their requirement. It has more than paid for itself. It’s easy to use and has the speeds as advertised.

Worked perfectly right out of the box, easy to instal. The increased speed was very noticeable.

Overall a good modern. However there are a few things that could be better: 1. There are dual 1G ethernet port on the modem. It didn't say clearly if they can be connected to different wifi router (which they can't). The only use is for bonding to form a 2Gbps link to a router that has two WAN port that support bonding, which is rare. So this design isn't that useful IMO. 2. Even with 2Gbps link, it's nowhere near the 10Gbps max rate with DOCSIS 3.1. That's being said though I don't see xfinity giving 10G options in the near future. So it's ok.

Wow! This Newest version of the surfboard from Arris is fantastic..!!! Now I’ll be able to handle my ISP’s top tier speeds.

Excellent modem with DOCSIS 3.1 and supports my 400 Mbps internet service! Easy to set up. Up and running within about 20 minutes.
