Excellent modem with DOCSIS 3.1 and supports my 400 Mbps internet service! Easy to set up. Up and running within about 20 minutes.

Works great. I'm really happy with my purchase. The speed is great I never lose internet service works great.

Straight forward to set up. Much more reliable than Cox's Modem. Set it up with Google Wi Fi and I no longer have buffering like I used to with Cox's Panoramic Wifi.

Upgraded my internet speeds but the oringial modem I had couldn't keep up, I upgraded to this Surfboard and there was an insane difference in download and upload speeds and connection reliability.. gotta love when Comcast charges you to lease a unit you can buy yourself for half the cost.

Easy to set up, activation was a bit of the normal hassle when you have to call the cable company, but once it was activated works fine, no drops.

Fast, works well with XFinity gigabit. Had to search a little to find what the admin page password was (serial number.)

Needed for 1Gps Gigablast internet. Always have liked Arris quality. Never had one go bad, just upgraded every 2 years to latest technology.

Always having internet issues with our previous router, we decided to try a Mesh Network and boy are we glad we did!! We travel a lot so we like to download movies and tv shows, but we dreaded doing so because it took forever! With the Surfboard, we can download a movie in a minute or less!! Also, just surfing the Internet was frustratingly slow. It any more!! We also have a large home so we had several areas that the router couldn’t reach. Not a problem anymore!! We get Internet in our backyard now!! Best decision ever!!

easy to sent up.. and a must have if you are in an area where you can take advantage of gigabit or any of the other giga speeds that are offed by cable providers..

Live this modem for Cox gigabit. Perfect size, easy to setup and is fast. Would highly recommend especially on sale.
