Started right up, comcast had plug and play software ready, up and running in about 5 minutes. Been about a week no issues.

So far do good, haven’t had a issue as of yet, last modem gave me nothing but problems over and over again.easy set up

Great modem, for gig speeds. And I love that it’s a 3.1. So good way to future proof for the next 10 years

Purchased December 6, 2020. So far, the modem has not disconnected from internet until today, January 8, 2021. The modem I replaced was an old Motorola Arris that disconnected 3 times a week before I finally replaced it. Today, the disconnect was an outrage in my area. Very happy with the upgrade so far. I did notice a lot of reviews mentioning that this model got very warm. I don’t think it gets any warmer than my older model. I had no issues activating with Cox.

Great modem to support an increase of internet speed with my internet provider. Seems to have solved my problem with slow internet connection.

The Aaris cable modem is perfect for homes. The set up is very easy. It’s pretty pricy but definitely worth the price (if you catch it on sale).

Performs as expected- getting correct and higher speeds direct over Ethernet. DOCSIS 3.1 for download, shows 3.0 for upload ( expected). No issues.

Works well with Xfinity. Easy to set up. Works well with Eero pro network pieces.

Great investment without having to pay monthly fees for a rental modem from cable company. Modem is fast. Easy to set up.

I bought this for two reasons: 1) handles gigabit speeds (cookin with gas) 2) the two ethernet ports. I wanted one port for my router and the other dedicated to my computer. Well I have comcast and they will not assign a second ip address. So check with your ISP. If they don't offer more than one ip to your account, then get the modem that is less expensive with only one ether port.

Great home modem, better than the ones that Comcast/Xfinity provided.

Fast, easy to setup with Comcast, had to reset the modem to get it to recognize.
