I purchased this modem after looking at its specs at my local Best Buy. Needless to say, I was very impressed. It became even more impressive to learn how easily I could set it up. It worked perfectly with my NETGEAR Nighthawk X6 Tri-Band WiFi router and now my internet is faster and better than ever. No more disconnection issues! I highly recommend this modem!

I have 1Gb speeds with this modem and my cable service. It has been rock solid so far!

Works great, way better than spectrum's version. Kept having internet connection, unstable internet, various speeds with Spectrums, got my own and instant difference for the positive.

My old modem was dying, dropping speeds regularly. I pay for 500mbps and get around 550mbps with this modem with no fluctuations. I would suggest this brand, they last forever. My last one was a netgear and did not last very long

This modem replaced the one I have from suddelink. It has improved my speed and reliability. Great product

This modem is great very fast speeds if your iso will feed it to you. However i upgraded from a docsis 3.0 to this 3.1 and if your area has not yet moved to the docsis 3.1 then there is little need to make the move. I gained no speed from my previous modem as my area does not have the new docsis 3.1 available so my speeds disnt change at all. Still a great modem and when the switch does take place i will already have this modem to take advantage of the speeds!

This unit is promoted to be compatible with the cable service in our local area. It absolutely is as advertised. When calling in to register the modem, it was immediately recognized and easily accessible. Unfortunately, the level of internet service required a different kind of cable to unlock this modem's potential and our neighborhood didn't have that necessary component to maximize this product's capability. Double check details like that before you go out and make a purchase of high speed internet products like these.

I've had the modem now for a few months and I'm perfectly happy with it. I haven't experienced any problems at all and it delivers fast and stable wi-fi.

Does the job, no apparent issues thus far. Easy to setup. Forced to purchase the ARRIS Surfboard cable modem and Nighthawk AC1900 Dual-band wifi router on the same day. Expensive day indeed. The combination of the new electronics solved our issues (no more intermittent service, lag time, disconnects, etc.). The size is fine, but not real crazy about the only color choice of the modem – white. Looks like a kitchen appliance sitting on the shelf next to the bad-boy-looking Nighthawk in our computer room.

It was easy to setup and it really enhanced my internet/TV to the router and the best part it has enough power to last me into the future with upgrades

Great product but have two issues. The instructions tell you how to activate the device but they are old. Spectrum in my area won’t activate unless you call them. Also, my upload won’t turn blue. Spectrum says my signal is perfect but when I call customer service for the modem they say my numbers are too low for it to turn blue. Speed is fine but for some reason speed now ramps up under use versus my old modem which was 100% speed all the time.

Working good Speed is good and reliable, got this after my "NETGEAR - Nighthawk 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem" stopped working after 2 months

Looked at many models and this was the best as far as quality and price. Great deal!

This modem improved my ping and allows me to get 1gbs speed over cable due to the docsis 3.1 technology.
