I've always liked Arris Surfboard modems, compact, simple and fast.

Upgraded from an older arris surfboard model that was bottlenecking my internet speed. I have been paying a speed tier from internet provider and not reaching it with old modem so I decided to get this one. After installing this new modem, I'm satisfied with the speed. This model should last a long time.

This seems like the best modem that money can buy right now. I was tired of paying the extra fees through Cox Internet for a sub optimal modem and I have no regrets. This is so much better than what you would rent from a cable provider. If you weren’t getting the speed you’re looking for or paying for I highly recommend this as your first step

Works well, easy to install directions are clear and easy. Just install and register it with your internet provider and your all set.

Upgrading from an ARRIS modem 3.0 to the newer 3.1 version. Works as expected which is, amazing. If you are using a Store Rental, Upgrade, it will blow your mind the types of speeds you cant actually get in comparison to your Rental Experience through your carrier.

Excellent product. Keeps my Eero wifi running great. Very easy to get up and running.

I needed a Wi-fi 6 router so I checked this one out. It was easy to install and I was up and running in no time. I am really happy with it's performance. My old one kept disconnecting all the time but this one works great.

Functions as it needs to, no problems. This was a replacement for an older modem that could not support higher speeds that my ISP provided me. Speed tests yield above average results. Takes a little while to cycle through the upload/download links when first powered on but it gets there. Had to reset once, simple unplug and plug back in along with a router power cycle.

Needed to upgrade my modem to take advantage of DOCSIS 3.1. I did much research online and landed on this model. Out of the box it was very easy to connect. Instantly my internet speed went up significantly. I recommend this product.

What can I say, this modem works, is stable and fast. I'm an I.T. consultant and I want, expect, my equipment to be rock solid. This modem does the trick. This is just a modem, a bridge, it is not a router. So buy a solid router, recommend a mesh router, to put behind this modem and you will have a stable Internet. Worth every penny.

Very nice modem. Provides strong internet signal. Works much better than the modem the ISP was renting me. Wish the lights could be dimmed since it will light up a room at night. Has 2 Ethernet ports on back which is misleading. Only one can be used unless you have 2 separate signals provided by your ISP. I solved the problem of needing 2 Ethernet connections by adding a splitter.

The modem was a breeze to connect. It provides terrific high speed connection.

Worked as the upgrade I expected to get the speeds my new plan advertised. It did take a few power cycles for it to settle after my ISP provisioned it and pushed a firmware update, but worked fine afterwards.

Modem is great, a note for XFINITY customers -- I got this modem to support my 1gps speed from XFINITY. The max I've been able to clock is around 600mbs although XFINITY claims my speeds are where they should be. Either they are lying, or there is something capping my speeds either on the modem or my router. I read somewhere that some folks have had to update / replace the firmware on this modem in order to unlock higher speeds. I haven't gotten around to trying it yet.
