It was the best exchange I made with other arrius that didn’t have the router. This one have the WiFi and Router portable . It quick, efficient , lightning fast and installment is easy. I love it! Recommend hundred percent to anybody . That want to save money on equipment fee when getting internet service from Comcast or cable services

I recently updated my Comcast subscription and they informed me I would be getting up to 300Mbps. I reset my current network interface, but Speedtest.net would only report a speed of a maximum of 152 Mbps. After speaking with a tech, I purchased this interface. After installing it (and registering it with Comcast), Speedtest.net reported 310 Mbps.

Replaced the same modem with the newer 3.1 gig speed. Our streaming has been much worse since then. We had also replaced our router. Unsure what the problem is, and am not blaming this modem, but I can’t praise it. Installation was easy.

Holy Smoke, what an upgrade. I had the SB6183 and that was one of the best modems I’ve ever had. I have not had a single hiccup with this change. Trick is when they ask what the modem is tell them another 6183. Don’t elaborate and change the subject.

Good customer service to check my warranty. This modem works well for a few years. So i keep buying the same brand every time.

I am very happy with y new DOCSIS 3.1 Arris Surfboard cable modem. I bought this to use with my new erros6 MESH WiFi router system and I am getting double and sometimes triple the speeds that I got before both Down and UP. This is my third Arris Modem and it works perfect with Xfinity Comcast.

Great modem . Makes all my wifi devices run the expected internet speed. But it doesnt help pick up speed on my pc . Every time i play mindcraft its still pixelated . I probably gota change out my 3080 to newer model .

Arris Surfboard - I bought the Cable Modem for our home computing needs. We previously had Arris and my husband wanted to use the same brand. He was able to set up and connect our system with little efforts. He was very pleased with the purchase and the service received.

I utilize Midcontinent as my internet provider. This modem works well with Midco, however it did take several minuted before it finally was recognized by their system. Be patient when installing. It is simple to hook up but it make their system up to about 10 minutes to recognize the modem. Otherwise very fast downloads. Happy with the product.

I purchased this modem to replace an older Arris Surf modem (10+ years old) that needed to be compatible with Spectrum. The setup was simple, plug in and connect coax and RJ45 cables. I did have to contact Spectrum to authorize the modem on my account, but the whole process took less than 10 minutes.

I bought a new router and this modem about two months ago. This one works very good. I have no complaints.
