Recently upgrade to the gigablast from Cox. Unfortunately, had to upgrade my modem to the 3.1. I was really happy with my previous 3.0 Arris that I purchased this model. Easy to install, set up, and use. So far no troubles and I am happy with the product and the 2 etherports come in handy for the PS4 and Apple TV!

Works great! Used to update my COX cable modem. Fast hookup over internet in minimum time.

I've been using this modem for about 20 months and have never had any problems with it malfunctioning. I use this with Cox gigabit internet and everything works great! There's still 6 months on the 2 year warranty, but from the looks of it, I won't be needing it.

If you want to have a separate unit for cable modem instead of a cable modem/router, this is a very good choice. Very easy to set up and have had no drops. My previous Surfboard Cable Modem/Router would drop the signal periodically. This unit is much smaller and does not seem to run as hot as the larger unit did.

I bought this to replace the modem I have been renting from my internet provider and couldn't be happier. Great product and highly recommended if you need consistent connectivity and want to save money in the long run. Great return on investment by not having to pay a monthly rental fee to cash hungry internet providers!

It's in my house and it's working great. That's all I know about modems. But I was told this is one of the best on the market so I bought it. Internet is operating without issues so the modem is doing its job. Can't ask for much more than that.

Easy set up and integration with both our ISP and smart home set up. Recommended to us as the best for a integrated house and seems to be exactly that. More expensive than many modems on the market, but seems like you get what you pay for in this case.

Xfinity came out, plugged it in and it worked without a hickup. It is also small and cute. Love it.

Got the exact same Arris modem from our internet provider - different model name instead of surfboard. These modems give the speed and bandwidth needed for 50 plus ioT devices - just be sure the router you use is too with multiple streams that allow multiple devices to share simultaneously.

It was a gift but it was an installation and has helped with speed.

Finally took the jump into saving the monthly rental fee from the Cable provider and it all went seem less, really easy setup slim design and great speeds

This is a very good modem. I had purchased the netgear dm1000 and was disappointed. Since purchasing this Arris I have been very satisfied with the speed and consistency.
