Great product, easy installation. It's the second one I bought because the first one went out due to a lightning strike.

I've been using it for over 2 years now. Works great. Using with 400Mbps Spectrum internet. I've saved more buying this modem than paying the equipment fees.

Finally got the best one, the speed I want it 1 gigabyte per second, before this one o got upgraded one it didn’t support my internet speed, this is the fastest one available in the market and supported by most internet companies.

This is a great 3.1 modem that is compatible with many internet service providers. I have 300 speed with Consolidated Smart Systems and it works great. Definitely worth every penny. There are newer 3.2 modems, but they are not compatible with many ISPs.

I have been using this modem for a month. Setup was no problem and the modem has been working well.

replaced older slower router with this and it works amazing. setup with help from Xfinity wasn't too terrible and that was mostly on their end. Speeds trippled. Very happy

We needed a two port modem for someone working from home. This was available locally. In our case, the two port allows the "work from home" pc to be connected directly alongside our wireless router. It's been working great.

Easy setup and getting speed as indicated on the box.

Moved into my new house. Had Comcast come out and the tech registered this modem and had no issues connecting. Like all quality modems- still pricey but hey - at least you're not throwing away your money on renting, Very happy!

My old moden got messed up because i didnt have it plugged into a surge protector, this choice was faster and better than my old one.

I get the expected speed out of this modem and it is indeed compatible with Xfiniti's DOCSIS 3.1 requirements. This is exactly what I needed since I already had a router from when I lived in a building with centralized switches.

I was recommended this router from both the salesperson and my high end audio dealer as being a very quality product. This unit has performed solidly since I put it in. Combined with my Asus router, I have a much better internet experience than with the old cable modem/router I was using.

I had initially purchased another brand but that was defective and was replaced by this one. Thank goodness because this was so easy to setup and activate. I’m happy with my purchase.

This cable modem was straightforward to install. My only problem has been getting bonding on the upload channels. After troubleshooting the problem with Mediacom, I believe the problem is with the speed of my internet service, not the cable modem.

Upgraded parents internet and needed a capable DOCSIS 3.1 modem. There are others available, but the Arris Surfboard series provides the most bang for your buck. Quick and easy install.

Bought this to replace an older Arris Surfboard modem which was giving us connectivity issues after about 5 years. No problems so far and very easy setup.
