Originally bought this to not have to rent modem from Comcast. If you are currently renting, stop and buy this! I have switched to a local ISP fiber, so no longer using, but installed this at a family member's house instead and working swimmingly.

Bought this modem as an upgrade for an older surfboard modem. The increase in speed and stability in my connection was remarkable. I am consistently getting about 10% more speed than advertised by my provider. Would highly recommend as an upgrade from your existing hardware.

I don't buy modems often but when my last one failed, I decided that I should upgrade to one that supports faster speeds. I haven't had any issues with this and it works as advertised.

Wanted a good modem to handle all our needs with multiple pc’s, tablets and phones and now streaming tv. This has been perfect. Speed is consistently over 117 mbs. Very satisfied and works great with Spectrum internet.

I have had this for almost a year. Seamless, fast and I have never even had to reset it. Modems can be very frustrating and it is finally nice to not have to reset, turn on/off, etc just to get your system online again. Completely worth the money!

I bought this to replace a less than 6 month old Netgear CM1000. After months of lag, intermittent disconnections, and inconsistent upload speeds, I stopped blaming my ISP and tried this modem out. Lo and behold, I have not had an issue since.

Great alternative to renting a modem from Comcast if you're ordering service over 600MB/s. You'll have to call your ISP to ensure they deactivate your old modem and activate the new one. Connected to TP-Link Deco, works like a charm!

When I've had cable internet installed, I've always used the Arris SurfBoards for my modem. They've always been super reliable.

The setup was very straightforward and have had no issues with outages. Great product!

I bought this cable modem because I already have an access point/router that is still working really good and it is half the price of the cable modem combo (wireless and cable modem). My ISP no longer supports my old cable modem, and it frequently drops wireless wifi coverage at home, and even the wired connection is also slow. I originally bought this same cable modem at Amazon, but it was defective and cannot be configured properly. It was a returned product from a previous customer, and I returned it too. I need a new cable modem badly and found out that my local Best Buy has the same item in stock at the same price as Amazon. I was able to pick up the new cable modem the same day and configured it immediately and it worked properly. I was very happy with the new item from Best Buy.

I was able to set us and start using this modem in less than 5 minutes including waiting for it to connect and upgrade. Very easy and up to Cox's current requirements for business connections.

Worked perfectly for my higher speed internet. I can now get the full 600 Mbps download speed

Old router died, recommended by employee. Have noticed that I have gained speed since installing. Would recommend

Docsys3.1 set up very easy.plays very well with NuWave cable added Asus rog ax11000 and 2 rt88u routers as aimesh nodes results were insane. Never expected the streaming results so strong I used to have major bottlenecking with old cable modem that’s all gone with 32x8 streaming

It’s working great at this time. I had a problem because the app that was recommended by the new router did not work for me. It recommend two different apps and none work but the technical support I got from my cable company did make the correct connection.

It improved my networks reliability and speed for three teenagers.

Upgraded from an older Surfboard, which lasted many years. This model easily achieves my rated internet speeds (both downlink and uplink) and should last for several more years of internet speed upgrades.
