Moved to a new home and switched from Directv to Xfinity but didn’t want to rent a modem and already had a router. This fit the bill perfectly and when Xfinity did the install there were no issues. Still working great

Great product. We had a lightning strike and had to replace our device . This was the perfect replacement.

Nice modem but a little disappointed with the 2 ethernet ports. Apparently you need two IP addresses to use both ports but there is nothing in the instructions stating that fact. Defeated the purposes of buying this modem. There was a cheaper modem with 1 port and the same specs.

Effortless install and consistent performance. Happy enough that I bought a second one for my son as a house warming present.

Works great. I did have to register it with Comcast but that only took a minute.

Bang for the buck. Gets the job done and is priced great.

Cox Cable hates when you buy one of these units. It saves a good amount per month. Gets me to the full Gibabit service. This is my third Arris unit. THEY ARE MUCH MUCH better than Motorola.

Worked great out of the box I have Comcast. Over 2.5 times speed jump.

Works wonderfully perfect for the money, quality and protection. I would definitely recommend having this.

excellent so far, It's been less than a month but Arris is a great product. Recommended by Spectrum. Takes excessively long to get it registered with Spectrum.

Bought this Arris Surfboard Modem to replace cable company monthy charge. Works perfect.

Have had device for 3 months now and it is performing as designed. My only complaint is it only has one usable 1G Ethernet lan port. I realize this a router and not a switch, but it has 2 Ethernet ports which led me to believe it did have a second lan port. It also has no firewall/outside access control. You need to be sure to route your traffic through a firewall, either a standalone network device or on your endpoint. Other than that, so far so good.

This modem has been great, the speed has increased significantly . Very well worth the money.

So far so good. Fast and clean. I had the 6183 model for over 5 years and it worked beautifully. This one does the same so far. Wifi 6 compliant. if you are gonna upgrade, this is the one.

Great modem. Bought this earlier this year and it was a huge improvement over the one it was replacing from a performance standpoint. It's provided great performance and been completely stable.

Had to upgrade modem due to new speed I am getting. I use this on Comcast with my Gigabit service. This modem is by far the best. Provides everything I need speed wise. I have it connected to my Linksys Velop system for wifi needs. Can't ask for a better set up!

This modem actually gives the proper speeds we are paying for, unlike the rental modem that spectrum provided. Installation was really easy, but remember to register if from your phone that is not connected to your wifi.

I love my ARRIS - SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem. It is faster than the modem I had before. I would buy it again if I had to. Value for money.

This is a great high speed modem. I have it paired with my eeros and hasn’t giving a single issue. I’d buy it again if necessary !!
