Send to be doing great. No problems at all with it. I have had it a month and it is s so nice to not pay for renting a modem from the cable company. All we do is stream now.

Easy to install with proper and easy to understand directions. I've used this product for 3 months without any issues and have been able to completely control it remotely and monitor it via my laptop. I highly recommend it!

I had the SB6190 but then I got this one because it's even better faster and future ready AND It pays its self off within 1 year and every month after that you'll be saving money by not having to pay modem fees

I purchased this modem from Best Buy on April 17, 2020. I wanted a stronger signal for a combo of modem/router hookup. I owned a NETGEAR nighthawk one peace AC1900 prior to this. It wasn’t working well. I did research and found out it’s better to buy modem and router separate. So I bought an Arris Surfboard SB8200. Bought a Nighthawk AC2300WiFi Router to pair up! Happy I did. Blazing fast! I get a strong signal in all rooms and outside house without extenders. Going to see if I can use it in garage in back.

Got this to run our gigabit connection from Xfinity without the modem rental fee. It is supposed to be good for 2gbps but we don’t have that speed to test it out. So far so good though. Stable and a great value.

Very good modem. Fixed my connection issue with optimum. Now get downloads of up to 940mb.

I recently upgraded to this modem after purchasing eero mesh routers. The speeds do not disappoint, & it was incredibly easy to set up!

Works as advertised. This modem replaced an Arris docsis 3.0 modem.

Moved into a new house with Xfinity, so we went with the 1G deal, and needed a modem to handle that. After much deliberation, we went with the Arris also with the 3.1 DOCSIS. Very fast speeds, and very happy with it.

I ended up returning the item because I found it cheaper somewhere else, but aside from that the modem works great! I have up to 1G up/down internet service at home and I can see an average 620 MB download speed.

Seems to be working fine. Guy at store said it should support 6 people all on devices. Christmas will be the proof in the pudding, i guess.

Purchased to replace cable company modem and router. Easy set-up, even for a tech challenged person such as myself. Working really well. Has sped up all devices in the house.

This replaced the internet provider modem and there is a big difference in reliability in that I don't have problems with disconnection issues. I would highly recommend this product. So far been very happy with this purchase.

Needed this for a quick internet setup at a new house and it works great across three different floors!

Worked right from the gate. No more wasted money to my ISP for crappy modem that has been used over an over again. This modem will pay for itself within a year. It is always better to own your own equipment

Want to stop paying cable modem rent? This is the easiest replacement, to go easily up to gigabit downlink speed -- pity though that Comcast does not do DOCSIS 3.1 for uplink, yet; but at least you're future-proofed.

It's a modem. What can you say about a modem? It does what it's supposed to do. Well once Xfinity figured out that I'd changed modems but that is a different review that would be for Xfinity/Cov\mcast.

Great product, easy installation, and excellent connection. I haven't had any internet issues!

No issues - bought to replace older Arris no longer supported by carrier. Wasn't actually having issues with old one, but eliminating potential factors (or excuses for carrier)
