I always buy Arris Surfboard, when the latest DOCIS comes out.. if ever there was an issue, it has always been the provider...I know..hard to believe right.. Great Product!

It does what it do. Works like a champ. Xfinity will still waste your time and still try to reset it though.

It was easy to connect and works just fine. Be sure to contact your cable provider in advance.

Have used two Arris modems in the past. Both were replaced because of failures, but not before several years of use. Wanted to upgrade to a DOCSIS 3.1 so Arris was my first choice. I was surprised that the power cord and adapter has been shortened since my last Arris purchase. About 10 inches shorter.

I am currently subscribed with 150/20 and this modem is handling that just fine. In fact, since most devices are WiFi, the available throughput to any one device is a portion of that. I would have preferred this be available in black.

Fixed my problem, my internet goes shutting down intermediary, so I replaced my wifi, that was not the issue then replaced my modem, bingo

Great modem for 1 gigabit internet. Easy setup and flawless.

Like any piece of electronics it's hard to say if this will stand the test of time but so far so good. I am using this with a new mediacom service and the technician that did the install didn't have any problems getting it to work correctly. The only problem I have had with it is that anytime I make a router change, I have to reboot the modem.

This modem works really well with Comcast. Easy to setup

It's good so far but I'm still testing the speed. I hope it will provide the Internet speed provided by my ISP.

I was tired of my old Quest Modem and slow internet. Now switching to Arris-Surfboard modem my internet is preforming like it should. No dead spots in my 2600 ft house.

This replaced a 8 year old modem. All I could saw is wow after running a speed test. You won't regret buying this modem.

I had a Arris surfboad that was DOCSIS 3.0 and this one is faster. plus you can get 1gb service where the other one was 240mb. this modem a loud me to upgrade my service to 1gb service.

Setup was easy. Just plugged in, contacted my internet provider, face them the MAC address and was up and running in less than 10 minutes. I waited in hold longer than it was to set up.

Immediately resolved my connection issue. My previous modem was very outdated.

Unboxed it and plugged it in to cable and a PC. Called Mediacom and they provisioned it in less than 10 minutes. Connected it to my router and all my devices were online.

This is perfect for my 2,000 sqft house connected to an ASUS Router. Internet speeds are considerably better. This modem is the sweet spot of advanced but not too advanced.
