If you need gigabit speeds, this modem will do the trick. Stop wasting money renting one and get your own. This will last a while until the next gen of speeds is available.

Easy set up and overall ease to use no issues at all

The modem works great. The first on was a DUD ISP could not activate. Return and exchange was great. The second one activated and works great.

Xfinity was yelling at me to upgrade my modem so I could get max benefit from my cable internet service. So I did, and I outdid them one - this modem has DOCSYS 3.1 capability, and so far, Xfinity does not, so I am ahead of them by 0.1 versions!

Easy enough to set up, but you may need to call your service provider and register the modem’s MAC address with them. I was able to use my provider’s app and get it registered fairly quickly.

I bought this because the one supplied by my ISP had issues with dropping the connection. I can say that this modem has not dropped it yet.

Used this to replace my $12 month rental from the cable company. You will need a wireless router in addition. Set up is fairly easy but you will need to find the specific instructions from the cable company.

Replaced an older Arris Surfboard with this DOCSIS 3.1 model in order to get even faster Internet. The old 3.0 worked fine, but I wanted the fastest and needed a 3.1 to work with Cox Gigablast.

Purchase this modem to replace the Xfinity Modem that we rent. Our internet speed has jumped up significantly, which has really helped since my husband and I have started to play mmorpgs again.

Our modem died so we had to replace it. We have had luck with Arris, so we bought a faster model. Been pleased so far with its performance.

If you have Xfinity like I do, you need to activate or get the modem approved on the website or call in order for your internet service to work. I didn't do that prior which added a lot of wait and unnecessary trouble shooting. Other than that, it's a smooth operating system and no issues so far.

Got this after i upgraded my cable to 1 Gb service. My old cable modem could not get above 300Mb. This modem is great but i have a separate router and wifi. This does not have built in router or wifi but us a great device.

Bought this unit in Denver Colorado for Comcast 1 gig service hence replaced an older model by the same brand which still works btw. Been using this unit without issues.

This was an incredibly quick and painless transition from our old one to this one. Within just a matter of minutes we had our much more improved Wi-Fi running! Now teaching from home will be easier!

Great product if you are getting into high speed internet of 500 to 1GB or more. Works great with Xfinity and WOW, and is very stable so far. I have it hooked up with a Netgear Orbi router and all is good!

This modem is perfect, and haven’t had any connection issues. Have one for my home and my office, and they are very reliable! Happy to start saving after about a year as opposed to renting a modem from the cable company!
