It was good for a few years but eventually caused problems. A good low budget device.

Works fine. Paired with an OpenWRT router. Easy to setup, took quite a while though, and has to reboot twice.

Replaced an older model having connection issues, went with this model in case I wanted increased speed in the future. Happy with purchase.

Bought it to avoid renting one from Cox. Works well and compatible as advertised. I use it with the Eero system to have reliable WiFi throughout the house.

My cable company upgraded my service, needed a new Cable Modem, I picked the ARRIS SURFBOARD 32x8 DOCSIS 3.1 CABLE MODEM. It works great happy with the performance and happy with the product.

I had an older model Arris and upgraded to this model and couldn't be happier. It has increased both download and upload speeds and added a huge boost while gaming online with both PC and Xbox.

Great modem, ISP was going to charge me $15/month to rent theirs. This will pay for itself in a year even with the 2 year geek squad protection plan.

I got this modem because I have gigabit service. My provider said that the fastest speed I would be able to get is 970 MBS. Well I've been getting up to 1270 MBS Wi-Fi devices. This is a wonderful modem I love it.

Worked great for a while, but it runs super hot and had to be rebooted often. It connected to Xfinity seamlessly and was easy to setup. I just replaced it in December 2020, so not a good value imo.

Purchased this modem as a requirement for GigaBlast internet service. I have my own wireless system, so I didn't need a wireless modem. This modem does exactly as it is designed. I definitely recommend.
