Perfect modem at the perfect price for our needs. We researched long and hard before deciding on this one and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Replaced an ARRIS SB6121, a solid modem! This is the same foorprint as the SB6121 and easy to transition to with the same status LEDs.

I purchased from Amazon for the Arris combine wifi and modem. Tried install but Cox said it wasn't compatible with the company policy since it was for the business. Was very upset that I had to run to the bestbuy and purchased separate modem & wifi. Bestbuy customer service was great and I was somewhat relived since they were letting me know what is the best product to recommend and plus their own opinion from their own purchase. I am much relived, everything worked out great Ended up return Amazon purchase.

I just connected this last night and now my internet coming in is 2x faster. I had to call my internet company to give them them the MAC #. Once I did that it increase 2fold.

A great High Speed modem. Replaced a another modem that was replaced because of size of house issues.

This router does as is expected. The relatively low price for this particular router makes this product a very good deal. The design and color selection of the lights are appealing.

I bought this because I needed my own box for my internet but it was the wrong one so I returned it. But for the time I had it, it was nice. It’s not too big, I wanted to keep it but had no need for it. It was easy to use just follow the instructions.

I've had a a few Arris products and have always been satisfied with them. This is another product that has been trouble free and works great!

Moto makes the best wifi receivers in the Biz. unit has all the features one needs. Integrates with Comcast with easy. 3.1 DOCSIS for true 1 gig comcast (avg. 950Mbs).

Purchased this cable modem for a new Xfinity installation. The product functioned well when either one of the two 1Gb Ethernet cable ports were used to connect a laptop computer. When a Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 router was connected, none of the associated WiFi devices could connect to the Internet. The problem was resolved by installing a Netgear 1Gbx5 port switch between the ARRIS SURFboard modem and Netgear Nighthawk router. It is not clear whether this is a compatibility issue inherent in the ARRIS modem or the Netgear router.

works great, bought this with the erro+6 and glad I did they work well together.

I prefer my own networking gear as opposed to renting from the provider. This works for my current 1gb wired speed and allows for increases without the need to replace. You cant go wrong.

Bought to replace my Xfinity modem. Also bought the Eero mesh system. All work well.

connection and set up is a breeze, has been using for 6 months and no issues, highly recommend

when it worked it worked well , I ran this 24-7 for 2 years . it was fast and reliable then out of the blue it just dies would not connect I had to replace it . MY last Arris modem I will ever buy replaced it with a Hitron model CODA56 search for this on google much better modem and much cheeper that is compatible with comcast and has a 2.5 Gig Ethernet port

Very easy to set-up; Patrick sales member gave me advice on which modem would well with my needs, and this modem does.

This has worked perfectly for the last 8 months or so since we bought it. It came highly recommended by our IT department at work for working at home.

Easy install and the product works as advertised.
