call me if you want to know what i think .I can't believe what i went threw

I tried many different HDMI cables, but there was always something off in the picture. When I bought and installed these AudioQuest cables, I was able to view 100% 4K HDR (verified by viewing YouTube 4K HDR videos.) The cost is very high, but if you want a perfect picture, after spending a ton on a "perfect" and quite expensive TV, don't skimp on the cables, if you really care about what the picture looks like.

I bought this cable from BestBuy and another from Monoprice.com after I did my home work. I use them both today. This one is $199. The other $17. The $17 cable transfers data at 18Gbps and is compatible with any HDMI 2.0 device and 24 AWG. This $199 cable is not. It runs at 10.2 Gbps and is HDMI 1.4 compatible. Although a good cable, it is mainly a huge cash cow for the maker. Monstor cables, AudioQuest cables. . . such a waste of money. I won't make that mistake again. 2 stars because it is way over priced. Best Buy should understand the products they sell and guide customers appropriately. I am posting because that did not happen. I have a Samsung 75" UHD 4K TV, Pioneer Reciever and Blu-ray player all purchased at BestBuy. I also have a HTPC, Xfinity One, and an Xbox attached.

I was talked into getting this much higher priced HDMI cable and I couldn't be more glad I was. I plugged it into my new blueray player and I could immediately tell the difference. The picture was noticeably better than when I had a standard HDMI cable connected. I didn't think a high end cable could make a difference on a 1080i tv, it did.

Reason for the low score is strictly around cost. I did not do my research early on, and unfortunately was talked into purchasing this cable. Product is well-made, and performance is fantastic. Picture is crystal clear and sound is great. The problem is, the $7, 15-ft high speed HDMI that I also have hooked up to the TV also looks really good. I am very picture about picture and sound quality... the slightest jitter, pixelation, etc. irritates me to no end... I would consider myself very particular when it comes to those issues. When I see a $7 cable perform as well as a $100 cable, I have to question the company producing the $100 product. And good luck getting anything beyond 10' for a reasonable price from Audioquest or Monster unless you want to double or quadruple the price (my $7 cable is 15'). Do your research ahead of time and proceed with caution.

I have used cheap cables in the past due to the length I needed. These cables make an amazing difference and were worth every penny. It cleared up my picture so much. Audio quest cables are easy to install with and I will be upgrading all my cables to this brand. I have installed many tv's in the past and I can't stress to people how much cables can make a difference. It takes out all the "noise" in the dark portions of the picture and clears up the picture.

This is by far the best HDMI cable on the market have tried several with my new LED TV and when I plug this in it took my entertainment to a whole new level

got these for my Samsung PN58C8000 3D plasma TV and they're perfect for passing 3D picture as well as delivering a clear, precise picture and sound. I got recommendation of these over Monster Cables because that's what I had intended on purchasing before coming in there and because I've used Monster Cables before, but the sales associate recommended these to me and so far, I'm not disappointed. Definitely would recommend if you are purchasing a premium home theater system but not if you have some "rinky dink" TV

I got this for my Samsung 6900 BD player and for my Samsung 8000 3D HDTV, and it looks great. The quality just blew me away how a cable can my a difference. I usally go with Monster due to a better price but, I decided to go all out on my home theater. Only I got this item for a good price, so I think its well worth it for me. I think you should only get this for a top line HDTV and BD player... not for anything else because you'll be wasting money for a top line cable.

They work great, but the price is high. Be sure to get the correct length and then give yourself a few more, I have one that was too short and had to exchange.

I bought this to replace an older Monster Cable (Black Platinum Edition). I have to say, the picture and sound quality are noticeably better with this cable and it's a lot more flexible too! I used it for an in-wall installation I was doing, and it performs exactly as I had hoped! I highly recommend it... in fact, I've already bought a second one!

Outperforms Monster "THX Certified" 1000 series by a landslide, especially in the audio department. Picture wise you must first have a blu-ray player outputting better than 16bit deep color reproduction or you should be buying a $20 cable. A little high on price as the majority of folks have a run of the mill blu-ray player or havn't adjusted the settings on their curent one. Great for Blu-ray to receiver-receiver to TV. Also I have seen in many other reviews people are plugging in the wrong end. Audioquest cables move your video and audio signals in a specific direction, follow the arrows on the cable head.

Alright, I know a lot of people say an expensive cable is not worth the price, that is half true. My tv quality was fine with the free hdmi that came with my 360, however I did have a problem with 3D causing "ghosting" and from what I read online it was because of bandwidth from the cable. 3D hd signals require higher bandwidth to push the data through faster or faster connections. So I bought The Monster 1000 and this cable to compare the difference, and I did notice a big difference with the monster, but it did still have motion blur, then I tried the cinnamon and had a perfect picture. So depending on the need having an expensive cable is by far well worth the money, unless you like having motion sickness from your 3D tvs.

I replaced an older HDMI cable with this one and noticed a fair improvement in quality

I have a mix of several different Audioquest cables and all have performed well.

Cable failed after 13 months. Picture just goes out. Have to wiggle the cable at the back of the receiver to get it to work again for about 30 minutes. I diagnosed by using a different hdmi cable and it worked fine (the other cable). This cable was super expensive and bought together with my Sony 4k Tv, as an upsell item. I thought it was great at first.. but a 200.00 cable should not fail like this after such a short period of time. I've reached out to bestbuy for a resolution, but I have heard nothing back. Maybe this was a fluke? But it still needs to be fixed. Not happy. Use caution when making this purchase.
