They told me I had to buy the new ones from Best Buy, that I returned, Used the ones that I already purchased from Best Buy Store.

Plus you need an additional part to store video on a USB stick, not micro USB Storage if you not taking their cloud option

Regarding the picture quality being just "okay" for indoor use, the Blink Mini offers 1080p HD video, which should provide clear images. If you're finding the quality underwhelming, you might try:
Adjusting the camera placement for better lighting conditions
Checking your Wi-Fi signal strength to ensure stable video quality
Cleaning the camera lens to ensure clarity
