A: There is a tiny blue light that shines when the device is turned on.
Q: Can this device be plugged into a 220V socket? i.e. used outside the US.
A: As long as the charger you are using converts it to a standard usb than you should be fine.

Excellent budget-friendly indoor camera
This tiny security camera gives dependable video monitoring without a big price tag. Installation is plug-and-play just set it up with the Blink app and connect to Wi-Fi. Video quality is clear enough for typical home use, motion alerts are accurate, and the compact size means you can tuck it almost anywhere. It’s best for indoor use only, and some advanced features require a subscription, but as a basic security camera, it’s versatile and simple. Cool Camera
Wow, this thing is small. Works great. Picture is super clear. Comes with a free 1 month trial of pay service, after which I plan on buying the monthly $3basic service, which is all you need for 1 cam. Night vision is cool.
