It looks through a window with no obstruction or mirroring. Got on a Christmas sale, at half price. It is wired or plug in and have to figure out how to make it look right inside.

A great product to check up on the animals in the house. The 2 way speaker set up is kind of annoying tho. You can't speak to someone and hear what's on their end at the same time. Have to let go of the talk button and wait like 2 seconds in order to hear reply.
