Download the Wyze app via internet, connect via WIFI and viola! Nice!

It does serve that purpose, but the big down fall is every time you select to check in on her the camera makes a click noise. And it wakes her up if she’s sleeping or she gets startled by it if she’s awake. It’s not loud but it’s audible enough that she hears it and will keep her up for a while. So i haven’t been able to use it and am looking in to other options. It was also kind of a nightmare to set up initially but it’s fine once you get past that.

The Blink Mini requires a 5-volt, 1-amp, standard USB power supply (included) and an always-on Wi-Fi internet connection. It does not need a Sync Module, but is compatible with one. Adding the Mini to an existing system allows for shared scheduling. You can improve the picture quality of your Blink cameras by adjusting the video settings to "Best" in your app and ensuring it is within range of your Wi-Fi router. The camera-to-Wi-Fi signal strength plays an important part in video quality, as that data is downloaded directly from the Blink servers to the camera. Camera-to-Sync Module signal strength has no effect on video quality; however, you should have three bars of strength to keep cameras online. In addition to checking your video settings and signal strengths, camera positioning is also important, as environmental conditions such as lighting and glare can affect your video quality. For the price it’s worth it I would buy it again for what I use it for
