If you don’t want to pay a monthly fee to use the cloud you have to buy a separate sync model and memory card which is not used friendly at all. There is no option to save videos to your phone or computer. If I had known this prior to purchase, I wouldn’t have bought this

Need to be able to individually arm/disarm cameras. Picture quality is OK, but the motion detection is spotty--sometimes goes off for no discernable reason, sometimes misses significant motion. Can't record long clips, re-trigger time is long...
