Could not get it to hook up to my router, called the help number and they said to contact the router company

requires subscription to work after 1 month; tragic marketing error. Same device could allow transfer to cell phone or computer directly without cloud control. The cloud control might have virtues for some buyers. System is erratic on activation and recording.

Bought these to blend in with interior colo. The picture and video quality were greatly lacking compared to the white ones. I placed a black one and a white one side by side to record the same area. The difference in quality was immediately obvious. I don't know if I received defective camera.

Not really useful for anything other than small room survillance

These are great if close to an outlet, but prefer wireless

Purchases to watch elderly parents and the system isn’t that reliable.

Not very good qualify to use through a window to see outside. The radius isn’t very far either.

Not a fan... Poor video and the live view has a timer u cant unset..

Does not work as advertised. after camera is idle for a few hours, motion will not work. spent lots of time on email with Blink trying to get it to work. Finally they told me they were having that problem with the mini camera. i going to take it back for a refund and try to get something that will work.

This camera is terrible and I regret my purchase. It is very dark and does not catch all movement. It does not send me alerts for all of the movements in my home. I have a $20.00 camera in my bedroom that I am pleased with and will be buying 2 more to replace these two and will just be out of the money I spent which I am not happy about but there is nothing I can do.

If you don’t have WiFi, it doesn’t work. Which was really a bummer because the place I live doesn’t have WiFi or the WiFi is pretty bad so I can’t even have it recording on it’s own off WiFi to look at later, super underwhelming and upset about it:(

The camaras are great but not compatible with my phone.

It’s not the Best Buy I would recommend if your on a budget

Doesn’t detect motion. My mom walked in and out of the camera view so many times, nothing was captured. We also have 3 outdoor cameras and they work slightly better. The indoor camera has once captured a false movement, but zero actual movements. No wonder this camera was free with purchase.

Bestbuy credit card charged me a bill twice and I had to pay twice for the same amount. This credit does not show statement of account/history. I do not recommend this credit card. Customer service are not easy to reach. Provide me my statement history please. Why are you charging my bill twice???? Please call me to deactivate my credit card
