I ordered two outside cameras and Best Buy came and installed them and I received this one as a gift & I love it. It just plugs in & it syncs with the 2 outside installed cameras. Really great product & when you’re out of town, you can see your home from your phone.love it!

I really like these 2 monitors. I'm disappointed about the video monitoring time. It stops after 30 seconds. I want it to keep video going with Motions. Than there's times it don't show motion detection. I Hope you can tell me how to fix it. That's if I'm not programming correctly. You can contact me like you did this survey. Thank you in Advance.
