Don't like headaches

I've gotten a few rewards points and don' appreciate the expiration date on the certificates. And i don't know if it is policy that you change the rules everyday but one everything sucks. You have to use the total amount or not at all. One day you van donate money to the charity to make the rewards amount. Next day you can't. Both times i walked out of Best But with a headache. i need a new TV but will buy at BJ's. They have a tech squad also. TV's cost less. Sorry but i hate when you change your reward's policy every time i go there. Expiration dates add to the headaches. Shove your points

Disspointing except the video quality.
