They worked for a few months, then they didn't, then they did, then they didn't. I purchased the 2 pask of blink cameras in October 2020 and installed them at my home. They worked great for a while, and now for the past few months they have been really flakey. I have one in my garage and it doesn't even detect motion when I open the garage door and pull my car inside, or pull it out. The other is in the living-room and it doesn't detect me walking around the house. I can't trust this system. I reached out to Blink tech support and all they say is to unplug my cameras and plug that back in (which I had already done numerous times). If I can't rely on them...why have them.

Difficult to set up, I wanted to return it. I did not know there was a 14 day return policy. They told me to sell it on ebay. I dont think i will be buying products from best buys anymore.

Nice camera, I have some issue with audio, but in the end no to bad.

Its okay. Picture could be better. Not bad for price tho.

the recording only last when i push it also i was told there was no monthly payments

this is a great recording and security devise. I did not like that I had to purchase a year subscription, but otherwise it is a great camera.

Came bundled with my Echo 5. I already have the Ring camera that work great. I tired this camera out. It not what I was hoping for. It does not show a live stream unless I’m using the app and I have to select the camera. I did not even receive notifications when motion was detected. I will be returning this bundle.

I never got the package as my mail was stolen Best Buy didn't care about me and never gave me a refund. They could have at least given me a code for best. Buy credit to my email I won't. Be buying from Best buy ever again

Will not stay connected to wifi. Requires could account to be able store data. 30 days free. I may have misunderstood that part though.

Good but one of the camera has a black dot on it. No clue how it got their.

Seemed Pretty flimsy out of the package. Returned the item.

I wish that it was 24 hour monitoring other than that it is fine

The cameras are average quality as far as picture and field of view go, but I could not get one of the cameras to connect regardless what I tried. I even googled, watched videos, and called support and it must just be a defective camera. That being said, be aware that the cameras will only connect to 2.4 GHz wi-fi and NOT 5GHz wi-fi. They also must be pretty close to the router or range booster source to avoid glitching and more than average delay in the video stream. They do have a delay of about one second regardless though. Also, if you do not have the blink hub unit or pay for the cloud service you will not be able to store hardly any video.

Pretty loud lens shutter volume for such a small device. With no sounds in rhe background (ie tv music etc) and knlg pople talking out loud. I was abke to here thr lens click like a camera takjng a photo.

It was an okay indoor cam, however you wil need iCloud subscription

The mini cams are still not connected. I call for help, wait for over an hour and the person has no idea with they keep trying to create their own wifi... They are terrible.

It works fairly good. It does not catch a person walking by every time.

This product did not work when plugged in. Difficult to work with. Followed all instructions and still did not work. Customer Service was great but the product was not.

This camera worked but the visual not disappointing. The audio was even worse- lots of static and feedback. It may have been the price point. Also, I didn’t like that the company said that I would have to pay a monthly charge to have the clips recorded.
