Cameras worked great.

They gave great peace of mind by letting us check in on him. These worked as a backup to the camera in our feeder.

Terrible product, terrible support

The camera makes a constant clicking noise. The video feed to app is also delayed by 20-30 seconds. The app is also poorly designed. Contacted tech support about the clicking noise and they give me a troubleshooting task to perform everyday (it takes them at least 24 hours to respond). It has been two weeks now and nothing has been resolved. Avoid this product and this company.

Live Feed is garbage to nonexistent

Worst thing about it and the reason I returned this camera is simply due to the live feed or lack there of. Will last longer if you have an echo show, but still only lasts 2 minutes at best.

Worst purchase ever

It happened a few times and neither camera ever caught the culprit. It would only show the garbage a min or two after it was placed there and right before. However, it seemed to catch every car that would pass by on the street instead.

Just works with subscription

Without subscription it's quite worthless, and you have to pay for every extra device that you use it. Also it doesn't always work. It skipped more than once movements.
