Do not buy this if you are looking for a camera to record any outside activities from an indoor location. Apparently there is a firmware glitch, which has yet to be resolved, that keeps the Minis from being able to use motion detection and record activity during the day.

The camera is extremely clear, but the speaker on the camera is not very loud.

Cameras work reasonably well, but you are forced to subscribe to a plan to continue being able to review recordings after a brief trial period, plus you are required to link your account to your Amazon account to use the subscribed plan.

I definitely will be writing the makers of this product to definitely thank them for making it so affordable and such great quality...unbelievable.

Does not have full use without a payed place, after a trial period. And, the motion control doesn't aways detect something.

Quality not what I was expecting. You have to pay for a subscription to watch videos.

I'm kinda mixed on this. It's a cheap basic camera that works with your alexa kit. It feels cheap, but that's fine. The app is a little bit basic and looks pretty dated.

It takes over 30 seconds for you to receive a notification when motion is deteced. Sometimes it would completely miss recording something… there are a lot of complaints i had when i returned this device but overall its just a low quality system and i hate that it is terrible even when you subscribe to their premium service

Can watch live views for longer than a few mins. Have to have a subscription plan to store clips and Amazon is very vague about the. Kink BS.

So far not really happy with the picture or the sound quality

Every time I checked live video, there was always static noise. Even though volume was turned all the way down, there was noise.

The camera works but is a pain. It is either so sensitive that every movement picks up or it doesn't pick up anything.

I purchased it to monitor my dog, but didn't like I was not able to move the image, it's only one wide still shot

This camera.. It’s built alright, but the app and interface alone are enough for a one star review. But I’ll give three because it works

Sometimes the cam will say “not available for live” meaning that you can’t even view live recording sometimes. The app will crash here and there too.

Doesn't pick up motion of people on my driveway coming to front door. Camera is inside my front window. Doesn't work when light changes from dark to light even with auto night vision. Can't detect motion if objects change from large to small, or if not moving at certain speed. Very inconsistent as to when it will detect motion. If away from home with phone, keep getting blank clips saying failed to load. Will be returning.

These replaced Amazon's old camera. The app is where these are far superior there is not continuous streaming and now they are try to pus subscription plans.

Only thing is the membership but for price and quality cant complaint much
