    They do their job, but I would not purchase these over a Wyze camera, even with all of their faults.

    Don't Like It! The Software Interface is not adequate, and no education either written or verbal is offered. The option for Motion Detection will start the recording to begin, but at the end of the clip - there is not apparent way to continue to watch the action without interruption. The interface is also difficult to understand and enter the program settings options phase. Clarity is OK but there is no option to Zoom while watching clip - where are the instructions?

    This camera sucks. Picture quality is terrible and the sound has so much noise in it, you can’t hear anything.

    I have had this camera for less than a year now. The camera stopped sensing motion. Blink customer support is no help as they want me to test my internet on 2.4Ghz on a spectrum router that can't choose which signal to connect to. I have 7 outdoor cameras connected to same network with mo problems.

    Could never get it to link to my router. Tried many times.

      Hi MichaelM, thank you for providing feedback for Blink Mini. I am sorry that the device is not connecting to the router. If you haven't already, please try these troubleshooting steps.

      Reboot your Internet router by unplugging it from the power source for about 30 seconds.
      If your Mini camera is in a system with a Sync Module, reboot the Sync Module: unplug and plug-in the power cable.
      Connect only to the 2.4 GHz band.
      Ensure both the Blink app and the device it's installed on have the latest updates.
      Uninstall the Blink app, powering off the device it's installed on briefly before reinstalling.

    Because it is corded this limits its location to about 2ft from an outlet

    Motion detection does not work all the time , so you have to restart to get it working again. Video quality okay as expected.

    Decent camera. There is some lag time. Although the cord is a good length it is still annoying. Wireless is def the better way to go

    blink systems are not very good a getting connections to your wifi or sync module. need to have system not to far from either.
