This purchase was a suggestion of an employee. At first is seemed to be a good purchase. But after a few days it stopped catching motion. Then I found out I had to have a monthly subscription. This may be a perfect product for someone, but it is not for me.

It works OK, Got it for $5.00 with another purchase. Works OK with the app. But it would be another app to pay for for storage to the cloud. Already have 2 other apps and alarm.Would be good for a different system.

I purchased this one and the TP-LINK. The TP-link is better. I actually submitted a mediocre review for the t-link on accident thinking it was the blink. They are very similar as far as size and video quality. The app for the blink is worse than the tp-link. The problem with blink I’d have to say is mostly the app and the problem with adding different cameras. Like adding the wired after you add wireless cameras there is come kind of connection issues with the wired one, but not the wireless. They all work, I have arlo, canary, blink, d-link and tp-link. They all have goods and bads.

I called and got very poor responses - unplug this move that and I did my speed test ping 10 upload 12 download 112 - the camera would time out and turn off every 15 sec and never connect to anything - said he would call back and kept hanging up on me. I gave up and I am returning them. I have a degree in computer software and my tech friend could not get it to run on his Iphone so they are going back. I was disappointed as I specifically asked if I could link to laptop and was told yes - that cannot be done. The support guy suggested I go buy a rablet. There is an issue with the camera syncing program -when we tried 3 phones on wifi!

Its totally great cam whenever youre out of town you still have peace of mind because you can still monitor your house inside and outside the house

Meh. That sums up these cameras. If you’ve used nest, or any other modern cameras, you’ll be disappointed by the low quality of the video, app, notifications, etc.

Worst Cameras out there! Do not purchase, spend a little more and get decent ones. When using the button to talk thru the app is horrible and you can't even understand what is trying to be said. The app constantly crashes and audio goes in and out, if you zoom in then it crashes. I've tried uninstalling the app then reinstalling it, unplugging them, re doing the wifi connections and nothing helps so I've thrown them away now. Also I have a Galaxy S21+ phone so its not like my phone can't handle it, same for my wife on her Iphone

Its an okay camera i got it for $5 bucks with alexa echo show i thought it would be good as a babh monitor but only does 60 seconds live veiw even with the mlnthly subscription! Lame im gonna return it.

It works but you have to pay monthly free after a month. I wish I could return it. It is a waste of money. Other brand allow you to record and see video for 48 hours. Do not buy

Makes a loud shutter sound when switches to low light mode. Not great when trying to use as a secret camera. Does not have great video quality in low light. But for the price point you get what you pay for.

Does not capture image until after motion is gone. It should start recording as soon as it detects motion but it does not. I use it just as an extra camera in the house, worthless as a motion detector recorder.

Wanted to buy these so that my ring doorbell could use them as a chime but they constantly disconnect from the wifi.

It’s okay, if you have more money to spend do that. It needs a subscription and if you hate multiple you pay per device and it’s slow to notify

I have the outdoor blink cameras all around my house but I could not get these to work

The camera is ok the program blink has is very slow. Does not give upu notification right away.

This camera is set on the highest sensitivity level and still misses movements that travel just a couple feet in front of it. The notification feature has never worked. You have to go into the app to see if there has been any activity on the camera. I went to the store looking for a Ring camera and bought this because it was in stock. I have been sadly disappointed. It was inexpensive but I still would not recommend this Item.

Does a good job, but they remove functionality if you don't purchase a subscription after a month

You can only view the live video for 30 minutes at a time and 1 hour if you pay a monthly subscription it's trash.

camera quality is good. application is horrible rather purchase the ring system but even that system sucks
