Posted .Hi EbenezerA, thanks for sharing your review of the Blink Mini indoor camera! I'm sorry to hear it hasn't met your expectations. The issue with it not monitoring inside while you’re outside might be due to a weak Wi-Fi connection or a Sync Module problem. Make sure your camera has a solid Wi-Fi signal (at least 3 bars) and that the Sync Module is also getting a strong signal. Sometimes, rebooting your router and Sync Module can fix temporary glitches. I can tell Alexa to enable the camera or enable it from the app. So if I forget to turn it on, I can tell either the Alexa app or the Blink app to turn on. Great picture and easy installation!

I just log in to the app and can monitor what is going on when I am not around. It even has a mic so you can hear and speak into it from anywhere. For the price its a great value!

I place them anywhere inside.. or facing the window. They show great 1080 p video.. and have GREAT sound for talking and listening.

Compared it not much of a difference. I just wish I can put a micro sd in it for extended monitoring. This came with my echo show purchase that's why it was only for 5$.
