What a great option for wireless security...no fuss, no muss!

I am not thrilled about having to subscribe to a monthly or annual plan after the 30-day trial ended. Even with a USB flash drive plugged into the Sync Module, it doesn't store any live clips w/o subscribing to a plan (I wasted money purchasing the USB flash drive). I thought I was saving $$$ when I bought (2) Video doorbells, for the front and rear of my property. Along with (2) additional cameras for the inside of my home. Since I have a total of 4 devices I have to subscribe to the Plus Plan. I will eventually have 4 cameras installed as I refuse to pay a monthly fee for devices that I purchased outright. Last but not least, there isn't any web access, so you can only view it on your mobile device.

Does well for the most part however, typical Amazon product. It almost works all the time. Misses events, needs to be reset often, is intended to alert so you can see the event live. By the time it alerts the event has passed. Too much lag time. Otherwise, it pairs with Alexa devices, has decent camera specs, the app has many features and it's fun to use.

This camera has given me grief ever since I purchased it. It works properly except after about 30 minutes after power up. After that, it fails to detect motion of humans. It detects moths fine but fails to detect me when I walk in front of it. After 100+ hours, 20+ calls and 25+ emails with customer support, it has not resolved and it's too late to return in to BB. They blamed it on my WiFi which is a common deflection scheme these days until I tried an outdoor Blink camera at the exact spot that works perfectly. Then, they sent me a new one to try and it does the exact same thing. Finally, one of the phone reps admitted that it is a known problem that upper level engineering is working on. Now I'm stuck with a defective camera that is no longer returnable. I requested they send me an outdoor cam to replace it but have gotten no response. Extremely frustrating to say the least! I highly recommend you do NOT buy this cam!

Blink cameras are just the same as the other ones. It took a while to set up, log in here and add more data, yuck. But once its going...bamm!
