Can’t get through the set up process. My wifi is compatible with this product, however my wifi is not discoverable through this device. I’ve called customer support which said it was a wifi problem. Then I called my wifi provider and they said that it should be no problem. Overall it was cheap so I can’t be to mad about it not working.

The most terrible shopping experience ever. It does not allow me to purchase the subscription plan at all!!!! I linked the app to amazon and follow the guidance but it can't find my camera nor allow me to purchase the subscription plan. I chat with amazon subscription team, and the blink support team. Blink asked me to contact amazon subscription team and amazon subscription team asked me to contact Blink. I spent two weeks on communicating back and forward and still did not have any solutions! I don't mind giving money to purchase the service, but they don't even offer me the chance to freaking buy a subscription plan!!!! Without the recording feature, there is no use for it to be a SERCURITY cam. I am too disappointed and tired with this camera! I gave up! Blink, you won!

I ordered the two pack and only one works properly. They are literally 5 feet apart and one camera CONSTANTLY goes offline! I’ve reset it 1000 times, unplugged this, that…reset the router, deleted it, added it back, and it’s basically junk to be honest. Not user error either… as I work in tech support! Spend a few dollars more and buy something else!!

Blink cameras are kind of slow specially when using an Alexa echo show display and there about 5-10 seconds delayed. When using the app on your phone the blink cameras do take a bit to load and display.

Easy set up, great app that is so easy to use. Lots of features you can set up just like you need it.

Not a good upgrade from Amazon cloud cam. The app is not stable which makes it diffuse to use this camera. The camera itself is a good quality item though.

Great cam i only gave it 3 because there is no way for it to record without the pay plan

This mini camera is excellent! We used it to keep an eye on my elderly parent when we were not home.

Picked up to watch my dog after her surgery, happy with the little camera does it job quite well.

I'm getting used to using this device. I'm not sure it always works when it should. I'm not sure if I will be keeping the video portion activated or not when my free month ends.

just an average cam. night vision could be better, interface/app is simple but may be a little too simple. need more features and it should allow more that one user to view recorded video or feed!

The camera works fine. The Blink system is not what i was expecting. You get a short clip when there is movement. Just wanted something that would give me more than a short clip.

Great camera and price for 2 pack however don’t like the fact that it kicks you out of live video after about a min of watching.

Save your money, these cameras cant do anything as simple as connecting to your home wifi successfully. Troubleshooted for an hour with no luck. Just buy a ring indoor camera.

Some playback is blank for the first few seconds, Then nothing is seen to cause alert

It does the work. But i didn't like the video quality and that you have to pay an additional subscription to use it

Camera is good enough - and for the price you can't beat it. Doesn't save any video clips without a paid subscription though. Without a subscription, only useful for viewing live.
