I didn't consider the fact of reflection before purchasing them. It is pretty noticeable in the live camera feed/recorded clips, but I won't blame that on the design. Pros: - Solid build quality - Super easy setup - App is user-friendly (It has 3 out of 5 stars on the iOS store -- Couldn't imagine why. No problems using it) - Affordable entry level home surveillance Cons: - As mentioned above, it should be used mainly for facing inside your home and not outside.

To improve image clarity, ensure the camera lens is clean and positioned with adequate lighting in the room, as the 1080p resolution performs best in well-lit conditions. For the frequent connection drops, try moving your Wi-Fi router closer to the camera or using a Wi-Fi extender to strengthen the signal, ensure your home network has a strong and stable internet connection, restart the camera by unplugging it for 30 seconds then plugging it back in, and check that your Blink app is updated to the latest version. You can also try power cycling your router and ensuring the camera's firmware is up to date through the Blink app settings. It's amazing, but I don't like that you have to buy storage for it to be able to go back and see your videos are recording but other than that. This is an amazing product; maybe I'm just not used to paying for storage, that's all.
