I went on vacation to my home country and I was able to see what was going on in my apartment at any moment. It records audio too.

Its not as smooth as using cloud but it does what it you need it to do. These cameras work great.

Including some rather humorous deliberate facial expressions from our son, when he was visiting. The clarity of the images is incredible. We let our subscription expire, but find our needs met with a flash drive attached. We weren't even shopping for this, but it came with our external camera bundle, so even better.

It is small and unobtrusive. I bought an extended cord on Ama.zon so that I can place it where I want it.
