I bought this camera so that I can view & communicate with my chinchis on the go. The view is perfect but if I can say something negative is that my live videos keep getting interrupted after about 10 sec's, so I have to keep reconnecting...

I am not thrilled about having to subscribe to a monthly or annual plan after the 30-day trial ended. Even with a USB flash drive plugged into the Sync Module, it doesn't store any live clips w/o subscribing to a plan (I wasted money purchasing the USB flash drive). I thought I was saving $$$ when I bought (2) Video doorbells, for the front and rear of my property. Along with (2) additional cameras for the inside of my home. Since I have a total of 4 devices I have to subscribe to the Plus Plan. I will eventually have 4 cameras installed as I refuse to pay a monthly fee for devices that I purchased outright. Last but not least, there isn't any web access, so you can only view it on your mobile device.

It was really easy to setup. We have really enjoyed it in our garage.

Video seems to start recording about 2 seconds after motion is detected. Also, having your own cloud storage option without having to subscribe to their service would give this product a slight boost. Sound is also very sensitive and has a great amount of feedback when recording.

Perfect small indoor camera for my blink system! Highly recommend.

This is a very good camera for such a low price. It’s perfect for a small area as it does not swivel. It’s a little noisy, but not too bad. To talk , you have to push a button on the app, otherwise you just hear what’s going on in the room. I decided to give it to a friend who wants to use it for a small room. I need one that swivels.

Easy to set up and clear image . Easy installation .

I purchased the mini and outdoor 4 set on June 12. I like being able to see in real time what is happening and keep tabs on my pets. However, there have been multiple problems such as the time is 5 hours fast, the sync module is off line, no clips are being recorded on the thumb drive. I am in contact with customer service but it takes days to get a reply. Hoping for problems to get resolved.

Top quality and most bang for your buck. I will be buying more.

I love these cameras if you are looking for something simple to set up this is it. You will need to download an app to see. They are very sensitive to loud sounds if you are on a main block.
