Would recommend but make sure you want to join a subscription.

Restricted by wireless connection, and distance from when motion activated isn’t large. A noticeable audible clicking sound occurs when camera is activated by motion (good or bad depending on use case). Otherwise quality is good and 2-way communication is nice feature too.

I am able to watch my cat while I’m at work to make sure that he is all right brings me relief knowing that I can see him whenever I want to.

Posted .Hello BarbaraC. Thank you so much for your time and review of your Blink Mini cameras. I am unsure as to why this product was recommended for you if you were looking for an outdoor camera as these are strictly meant to be used for indoor use. There is a next generation model (Blink Mini 2) that can be used both indoors and outdoors but requires the outdoor power adapter that is sold separately. There are also other options in our lineup that allow for outdoor use. This is our only model in the Blink lineup that is strictly indoor. I would advise contacting the store you purchased it from to see what options are available to correct this. Thank you again for your time and review and I hope you have an amazing day!

Only problem I had is issue where sometimes the recording was cut out or stopped too soon. Other than that a nice little device.

I wanted to upgrade our camera and wanted an Arlo but this being free was a nice way to try it and the screen is crystal and I can talk to people though it. I honestly watch my cat and talk to him throughout the day. Reasonable too.

But battery lifespan was quite short if you wanted high resolution and fast video capture. Also have to pay monthly or annual fees for subscription for video recording

I now have Arlo cameras and the quality of those are so much better. The arlo app is also much more user friendly than the blink app.
