I like them but if you have multiple cameras and there a movement at both ends it will record one.

Once again, I get disappointed by Amazon’s company (these cameras are part of them). In part, it was also my fault for not reading well the item’s description, but I thought at first that you could use a micro SD card for storage and the recorded videos, well, that’s not the case, in order to do that, you need to pay $3 dollars esch month if you want storage, or $10 if you have more than one!!! And guess what, you also have to pay it even if you are a prime member. In case you don’t want to be tangled with lots and lots of monthly fees, you can buy a separate adapter to plug an USB, BUT, it costs $35 or something, and, in my opinion, is too much for just an USB, and what if you have more than one camera, well, another $35 dollars for Amazon’s great idea of the adapters. So, in conclusion, I would suggest anyone DO NOT GET THESE CAMERAS BECAUSE THEY WILL DRAIN YOUR WALLET WHEN THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS FOR LESS MONEY OUT THERE

Clear pictures and voice chat are good. The recording videos are clearly good.

Overall it’s a pretty good product . Only downside is the shutter noise that the camera makes every time it kicks on. It kinda kills the stealth mode of the camera.

You can set up with an app and Alexa but a bit complicated setting it up to the echo. Shines a bright light when it senses movement so I’m afraid it may be waking up the baby.

Bought two of those, one from Best Buy, and one from a different vendor. The base of this camera has two parts - the base itself, and its cover. The cover of the camera bought from Best Buy does not stay on. The camera itself (again, the one bought from Bestbuy) makes a loud click when starting recording. It still works, though. The other camera is fine. Either the quality control is not adequate, or the camera was damaged somewhere within the supply chain.

I'm kinda mixed on this. It's a cheap basic camera that works with your alexa kit. It feels cheap, but that's fine. The app is a little bit basic and looks pretty dated.

The camera is extremely clear, but the speaker on the camera is not very loud.

Does not have full use without a payed place, after a trial period. And, the motion control doesn't aways detect something.

lot of static when listening, it does pick up okay the picture quality is fair

Can watch live views for longer than a few mins. Have to have a subscription plan to store clips and Amazon is very vague about the. Kink BS.

Keep disconnecting and I need to turned off and on

Every time I checked live video, there was always static noise. Even though volume was turned all the way down, there was noise.

Ok for the price, i got this with the echo show 8” as part of a bundle deal. I wouldn’t buy it by itself. It does the basic recording and monitoring inside your house.

Sometimes the cam will say “not available for live” meaning that you can’t even view live recording sometimes. The app will crash here and there too.
